I am the creator and mastermind behind the comic strip Charmy's Army. All of the art for the comic strip is created traditionally. I even hand letter the art which few cartoonists still do today, sadly.

I am happy to answer any questions attendees have regarding cartooning of any form. Charmy's Army currently runs in three newspapers across the country. I self publish and syndicate my comic strip so I can answer publishing questions as well.

I also write my comic strip. Writing is a process that is very different to every writer. I am happy to share my process with anyone who loves to write. To me, writing is like recess time. I get to go out side into my imaginary world and play with my friends. Writing is my favorite step of creating my comic strips. It is not work... it feels more like goofing off than it does work!
